Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Domestic shipping

- Free standard shipping on orders over $150
International shipping
We ship to most countries with delivery in 7–14 business days. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where available, or collected on delivery by your local carrier.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed beyond the expected window, contact support@vengify.com and we'll open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
