Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How to start a return
- Email support@vengify.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Drop the package at any carrier location.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Tell us in your return email and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way back.
Final sale & exclusions
- Final-sale items are noted on the product page and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Damaged or used items will be sent back at your cost.
